A long-standing background with a variety of vessels specifications in the managed fleet enables Dynamic to adapt to its customers’ particular transportation requirements, whether for clean or dirty cargoes, trading worldwide, performing special STS requirements or any other demanding tasks.
Dynamic’s predecessor is GMA Maritime SA which has been the Manager of Emmanoulidis Family of Dry Bulk and Tanker Fleet in the Caribbean and Central/Latin America Regions. The Owned and Managed Fleet included Dry Bulk Carriers, General Cargo, Oil Product, and Chemical Carriers. Principals’ background in all aspects of the Marine Transportation industry has generated an extensive cross board network that enables Dynamic to successfully adapt to future challenges.

- Dynamic Shipmanagement SA is a Greece based Ship Management Company with a solid background in Ship Management and Operations of over 27 years of combined experience of its Principals and Top Management within Dry and Wet Segments as well as in Energy Commodities Trading, worldwide. Premium has vast expertise in Ship Owning, Ship Management and Shipping & Trading Operations of a great number of Dry Bulk, General Cargo, Tankers & Chemical/Bitumen Tankers with an outstanding track record, worldwide.
- Dynamic Shipmanagement S.A.’s Experienced Principals are focused and dedicated in sourcing, identifying, structure, acquire and manage shipping investments starting from the Crude Oil and Product Tanker Segments and capitalize the expertise by expanding into any Shipping Segment providing Investors with the flexibility to diversify their own shipping investment portfolio and capitalize cyclical opportunities of the shipping industry .
- Dynamic’s task is the Upper Management of a carefully structured shipping venture which includes the supervision and running of the Commercial, Technical & Day to Day Operations of any Managed and/or Owned Fleet.
Dynamic as the Technical/Crew Manager
With over four decades of collective experience, Dynamic’s Top Management and Staff have managed to become a leading force in its field by adhering to an unequivocal commitment to quality and efficiency. The company is respected for its pioneering efforts in the implementation of safety of life at sea and safe ship and cargo operations as well as being a strong supporter in the fight against pollution and other environmental hazards. Technical & Crew management is included but not limited to:
Provision of competent officers and crew, certified as required and also with qualifications as considered necessary for the vessel and the trade; arranging their joining and repatriation as well as all related functions, as required, including union relations, medical examinations, etc.
Supply of provisions, stores, consumables, lubricating oils and other required stores
Maintenance of the vessel to the agreed standard including repairs, dry docking and provision of spares and in the case of tankers, fulfilling the requirements of the oil majors
Keeping of records and ensuring that the vessel is well documented with all certificates, manuals, etc., as required for the agreed trades
Provision of running budgets for the vessel and full running cost accounts including budget comparisons with comments, balance sheet and profit and loss statement and all agreed technical and condition reports
Allocation of superintendent to the vessel, with the necessary back-up, who will be responsible for the technical/economical operation of same and will visit the vessel at regular intervals or whenever required.
Dynamic as the Commercial Manager
Handling of all operational matters for spot market or time-chartered vessels such as pre-fixture voyage estimates, post fixtures, voyage instructions, monitoring vessel´s performance
Handling of H&M, P&I and War Risks Insurances of the Vessels as well as charter party disputes, FDD and cargo claims, bunkering, appointment of agents, freights and hire
Handling of the Sale & Purchase of the identified and owned fleet
Set up of the Finance, Accounting and the Full Selected Reporting System that assures monitoring to the Managers and transparency to the Owners / Investors

Dimitris Emmanouilidis – General Manager & Founder
D.E. has Twenty-Eight (28) years of experience in the Marine Transportation. He was the Director & Operations Manager, of G.M.A. Maritime S.A. since 2001, was born in 1972. He was heading the Operations and Chartering Dep’t. D.E. began his apprenticeship with the N.G. Moundreas Shipping Co. and further with the Frangos Shipping Co., (jointly GOOD FAITH Shipping) and thereafter in the company Tramp Maritime, in the chartering department. After completing his military service in the Greek Navy back in 1994, he joined G.M.A. Maritime S.A. whereas he headed the Commercial & Operation Departments. He holds a BSc degree from the John Moore’s Maritime and Transport College., Mr. Dimitris Emmanouilidis is also Founder and Owner of Premium Maritime S.A.
Mrs Ageliki Vlysidou – Company’s Security Officer / Designated Person Ashore
Mrs Aggeliki Vlysidou has a great experience and she is the DPA/CSO/ MLC & TMAS Officer of several shipping companies based in Greece. Duties include the design, preparation and implementation of the Safety Management and MLC Manuals as well as the Ship Security Plan as per Class Requirements. She is also responsible for Managed Vessels Vetting, Certificates and Survey Status Monitoring. Previous positions include QHSE Manager / DPA / CSO at Central mare, Naftotrade Management and Danaos. Also occupied at marine consulting office for several years. .
Dimitris Karousakis - Chief Technical Officer
DK has Forty-Five (45) Years of Technical Marine and Seagoing Experience as Technical Director and Superintendent Engineer in various Shipping Companies such as Progressive Shipmanagement, Marca Shipping International, Omicron Shipmanagement, Nortec Shipping and Regal Mare. D.K. has Accumulated experience of 28 years at one of the major Greek Shipping Companies, “Thenamaris Shipmanagement Ltd” whereas he served in various positions at the Athens and London Offices. Mr. Karouzakis has gained strong skills in Dry Bulk/General Cargo, Tankers and Chemical Tankers Marine Surveys, Claims Valuator, Technical & Repairs Management, Newbuilding Site Supervision both in Japanese and Korean major shipyards. He is a graduate of the Academy of Mechanical Engineer and a member of the Hellenic Marine Superintendent Engineers Association
Neofytos Gianakopoulos – Senior Superintendent Engineer
NG has Nineteen (19) Years of experience as Junior and Senior Superintendent Engineer. Duties include supervision of Hull Repairs, Main Engine and Auxiliary Generators Repairs and Overhauling. NG is dealing with all technical aspects, PSC Inspections, Class Audits, Maintenance Programs and Schedules and Dry Dock Preparations. He is also responsible for WBTS Retrofits and the Implementation of all new environmental rules & regulations. Previous positions Junior and Senior S/E in Seastar Shipmanagement, Vasco Shipmanagement and GMA Maritime. NG has a Degree in Mechanical Engineering (2001) from the Aristotele University and a Master in Marine Engineering from the University of Newcastle (2003)
Ioannis Giannakopoulos- Marine Department
IG has been worked for several years as assistant on shipping company & marine subcontractor company involved but not limited to accounts matters, filing, ticketing and supply matters. He holds an degree on business & IT from ISBC college Thessaloniki Greece.
Miltos Papangelis – Legal Advisor
MP has many years of experience in Maritime Law and Arbitration. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of The PPT law firm in Piraeus . He is a qualified solicitor as well as a qualified Greek Lawyer. He is an LLM in Maritime Law holder and his favorite topics are shipping & commercial litigation /arbitration and ship sale and purchase practice.
